Wagyu South Farm is a family‑owned and operated farm in the heart of North Georgia, and our work is far more than distribution or marketing. We are hands‑on at every stage of the process—raising, finishing, processing, and packing all of our beef right here at home.

 

We specialize in breeding 100% full‑blood Wagyu cattle, continually improving our herd with top‑tier genetics known for producing exceptional beef. This commitment ensures our cattle consistently reflect the superior qualities the Wagyu breed is famous for. When it’s time for finishing, our cattle receive a strict diet that supports their health and contributes to the unmistakable flavor of every Wagyu South steak. Throughout their entire lifecycle, we prioritize outstanding animal care, focusing on nutrition, comfort, and well‑being. We never use hormones, growth steroids, or unnecessary antibiotics. Raising Wagyu isn’t just our business—it’s our passion. We don’t produce commodity beef we craft a specialty product that consistently grades among the highest quality beef in the United States. All of our Wagyu is processed locally under USDA inspection.
